Date:

Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – A mid-career Sierra Leonean businessman from Bo, identified only as James, has started the new football league season on a high note by winning an impressive sum of Seven Hundred and Ninety-Two Thousand New Leones (SLe 792,000), through Mercury International’s football betting platform. This remarkable win was achieved with a modest betting stake of just Six Hundred New Leones.

James, who placed his bet on ten teams across eight different tickets, wagered Le 75 per ticket. His confidence in Mercury International’s betting products was handsomely rewarded, with each ticket yielding Ninety-Nine Thousand Leones (SLe 99,000 Leones), totalling a substantial SLe 792,000.

Receiving his winnings with great joy, James expressed his excitement, saying, “Since 2008, I’ve dreamed of a win like this, and finally, it has come true with my biggest win yet on Mercury International Football Betting.” He further described this victory as a “life-changing moment,” adding that as a businessman, he plans to reinvest his winnings to expand his business.

James also took the opportunity to encourage others to play responsibly and to trust what he described as the ‘kombra betting company.’

Sabieu Mansaray, Mercury International’s Marketing Strategic Manager, congratulated the lucky winner and emphasized the company’s commitment to ensuring that customers enjoy the thrill of winning with Mercury International. He noted that since the start of the 2024/25 football league season, this win stands as the largest individual payout, despite numerous other winnings over the past two game weeks.

Mercury International continues to distribute billions of Leones to its customers through various platforms, including football betting, the 5/90 daily lottery, and online betting. BT/29/8/2024
