Motor bike rider docked on traffic offences

Junisa Williams of Tikonko village, near Tongo Field in the Lower Bambara Chiefdom Kenema District has appeared before Magistrate Kamanda at the Magistrate Court for riding an unlicensed and uninsured motor bike.
He was fined Le250, 000 or five months imprisonment.
According to the prosecutor Sergeant 4037 J.P. Aliyu, the accused was charged with driving an unregistered, uninsured motor bike and also without license.
The accused pleaded guilty on all the charges.
