Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – In a bold move to revitalize its brand and rekindle its roots, the management of Black Leo has officially welcomed back two of its founding members, Problem-M and Fahim, marking a major moment in the evolution of the iconic Sierra Leonean music group.
Both artists had previously parted ways with the group following disagreements with Black Leo’s CEO and current Entertainment Ambassador, Amara Denis Turay, popularly known as Kaodenero. Though the exact reasons behind their departure were never fully disclosed, the split left a noticeable gap in the crew’s original lineup.
Despite pursuing successful solo careers, Problem-M and Fahim remained connected to the legacy of Black Leo. Their return has been met with widespread excitement from fans and industry insiders, many of whom see the reunion as a long-overdue homecoming.
According to Kaodenero, the decision to bring the pair back into the fold came after several behind-the-scenes discussions between the artists and Black Leo’s management. “They have always been family,” he said during a recent studio session. “Their contributions to the group’s legacy are undeniable, and their presence will play a vital role in our upcoming compilation project.”
Known for their lyrical sharpness and battle rap credentials, both Problem-M and Fahim are expected to bring renewed energy and depth to Black Leo’s next chapter. They will be joining current members such as K. Rap, Medlenero, and Rap-Gee, as the crew works on fresh material aimed at reaffirming their place in Sierra Leone’s music scene.
Speculation now turns to whether another former member, Dizzy Leo, could also make a return. Although there has been no official word, fans remain hopeful for a full reunion of the original Black Leo lineup.
Pizzy D Goggeta Official, formerly known as Problem-M, continues to be a significant force in Sierra Leonean music. Known for his dynamic blend of hip-hop, rap, and Afrobeat, he has carved out a unique space in the industry with his lyrical prowess and energetic performances.
As Black Leo rebuilds with its roots intact and its vision renewed, the return of these influential artists signals a promising new era for the group — one built on legacy, loyalty, and lyrical excellence. MJB/12/4/2025
